The
LIPPINCOTT GROUP has evolved from a
solid real estate business established by Emma Lee Halverson - a distinguished local real estate
agent who developed a stellar reputation for her commitment to knowledge and integrity.
In 1972 Emma Lee Halverson joined Pasadena based Whipple Realty while
working as a Counselor at Marshall High School. While working part time as a Realtor she gained
experience and expertise so that by the time she took early retirement from Pasadena Unified School
District in 1984, she had built a large client based referral system and had become Whipple’s top
producing agent.
In 1988 Emma Lee moved to the San Marino office of Bliss Keeler to partner
with her daughter, Barbara Wheeler. In her first year there she was awarded the top award for
production. Her referral business spread to Barbara and they successfully worked as a team until
her retirement in 1995.
Barbara’s private desire was to later team up with one of her daughters and
in 2005 her dream came true with Katherine joining her successful referral business. Jennifer joined to the team in 2010, first as an intern, and then as a liscensed real estate agent.
Built on the foundation laid by Emma Lee, the
LIPPINCOTT GROUP represents four generations of continuous local
real estate experience, recognized by our clients and professional peers alike for our legacy of
professionalism, competence and success.
