James is proud to join Katherine and Barbara as a supporting member of the Lippincott Group.

With his background in communiations and architecture, and his extensive knowledge of local architectural history, James is able to offer a unique perspective and expertise to the process of selling homes. He pursued undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California and Pitzer College and obtained his Master of Architecture degree from SCI-Arc (Southern California Institute of Architecture).

Active in the local community, James is involved with the Monrovia Historic Preservation Group, is a member of the Rodman Arboretum/Grove House Board of Friends at Pitzer College, serves as a tour docent for Pasadena Heritage, and is a member of the Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden.

James is an avid skier and snowboarder, and has been a devoted USC Trojan sports fan for over 20 years!

James acts as the Lippincott Group's Marketing Director, and provides a professional design perspective to discerning buyers and sellers.
