James is a liscened Real Estate Agent and is proud to serve as a supporting member of the Lippincott Group.

With his background in communiations and architecture, and his extensive knowledge of local architectural history, James is able to offer a unique perspective and expertise to the process of selling homes. He pursued undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California and Pitzer College and obtained his Master of Architecture degree from SCI-Arc (Southern California Institute of Architecture).

Active have been active in the local community as a member of the Rodman Arboretum/Grove House Board of Friends at Pitzer College, as a Pasadena Heritage volunteer docent, and as a past member of the Monrovia Historic Preservation Group Board of Directors.

James is proud father to Fiona Grace, is an avid skier and snowboarder, and has been a devoted USC Trojan sports fan for more than 20 years!

James acts as the Lippincott Group's Marketing Director, and provides a professional design perspective to discerning buyers and sellers.
