Katherine is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is the lead member of the Lippincott Group. She is proud to be joined by Barbara Wheeler who brings 20 years of Real Estate experience and was previously the Manager of the Prudential California Realty offices in Sierra Madre and Monrovia. Her husband, James Lippincott, an accomplished designer and licensed Real Estate agent, lends his expertise to the group.

With more than fifteen years of sales experience and a solid background in business, Katherine is perfectly suited for the demands of selling homes. Retail sales Manager at Nordstrom, technical and contractual work at The Walt Disney Company and BMG Entertainment, and her degrees in Music and Business Management are only a part of her resume.

Katherine and James have a love of animals and adore their cats Smity, Guinness and Millie. They ski as often as possible, love to go wine tasting, travel as time permits and enjoy exploring in the great outdoors! Katherine is the founding member and past-president of a local BNI Chapter, is an active member of the Monrovia Historic Preservation Group, previously serving on the Board, and is a Heritage Associate of Pasadena Heritage.
