Katherine is a licensed Real Estate Broker and member of the National Association of Realtors. She is proud to team with her mother, Barbara Wheeler, who brings more than 23 years of Real Estate experience and was previously the Manager of the Prudential California Realty offices in Sierra Madre and Monrovia. Her husband, James Lippincott, an accomplished designer and licensed Real Estate Agent, lends his expertise to the group.

With more than 17 years of sales experience and a solid background in business, Katherine is perfectly suited for the demands of selling homes. Retail sales Manager at Nordstrom, technical and contractual work at The Walt Disney Company and BMG Entertainment, and her degrees in Music and Business Management are only a part of her resume.

Katherine and James are new parents and enjoy a wonderful family life with their beautiful baby girl, Fiona Grace. They also have a love of animals and adore their cat Smity. They ski as often as possible, love to go wine tasting, travel as time permits and enjoy exploring in the great outdoors! Katherine is the founding member and past-president of a local BNI Chapter and has been involved in other community associations including her term as the Special Events Chair on the Board of the Monrovia Historic Preservation Group .
